1) Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases are non-returnable.
- Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items.
Proof of purchase is required. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
2) Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
3) Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
4) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

5) Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
6) Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. To exchange for the same item, email us at contact@yakengroupllc.com and mail your item to:

7) Gifts
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to them.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- Refunds will deduct the cost of return shipping.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.
- For items over $75, use a trackable service or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
